Below are my TERM OF USE. If you are going to use my stock you must read & agree to these. Feel free to ignore if you're just looking. lol Last updated October 1, 2008 - please read as there have been changes made.

I'm a PSPer (8 years and counting.. it's way addictive lol) and I'm tagger as well so I'm always happy to help out the siggy Groups. No one likes rules, but they are a necessary evil in this world. Basically, my Terms of Use can be boiled down to some pretty easy Do's & Don'ts:

First & most important... please do NOT use ANY art from my main =taterbug account!! No usey-no sharey. (I am moving all my tubes on my main account to this one so there will be no confusion.) I have contracted my art to AMI for digital use so you can buy packages of PSD files and photos not available anywhere else from there. You MAY use the stock posted here as long as my Terms of Use are followed. Go here [link] for more info on this decision.

Please DO:
-IF USED ON DEVIANTART ONLY: Credit needs only be in the description of the deviation it's used in. Remember the point of stock is to create a bigger piece from many stocks, not to just repost one stock as is.
-IF USED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN DEVIANTART: always include the following on anything made with my art: ©Stacie Ball, http://taterbug.deviantart.com
-If used in email stationery, linkware web sets, or MSN group webpage sets, place a clickable link on every page my art is used. Credit pages which list all the artists used don't count.
-share links to tubes on my site (ONLY LINKS NOT THE TUBES THEMSELVES) OR tube the image & send me a copy of the tube so I can post it on my site for others (with credit to the tuber, of course)
-feel free to use tags with my art in any group.
-feel free to add sparkles, some noise, as long as the integrity of the image is maintained.
-Please send me a link to anything you make with my stock so I can fave it!

Please DO NOT:
-use photomanipulations UNLESS I specify that it's ok in the description below the picture. I cannot allow art I create using other people's stock to be used.
-use my art for harrassing or defaming other people or organizations, religions, races, etc etc.
-use any art that I specify in the desciption NOT to use.
-share tubes of my art. Let others download for themselves.
-animate limbs, winking eyes, breathing chests, nodding heads, you get the idea.
-use my art for anything for profit other than dA Prints. I don't care how much bandwidth costs, it is still not appropriate to use someone else's art to pay for it.
