I've gotten a few requests to use my Poser stuffies so I figured I'd write up an entry for my Terms of Use. Feel free to ignore if you're just looking. lol Last updated November 9, 2006

I hereby give permission to post my stock in the Club gallery.

TATERBUG'S TERMS OF USE

I'm a PSPer (6 years so far.. it's way addictive lol) and I'm tagger as well so I'm always happy to help out the siggy Groups. No one likes rules, but they are a necessary evil in this world. Basically, my Terms of Use can be boiled down to some pretty easy Do's & Don'ts:

First & most important... please do NOT use ANY art from my main *taterbug account!! No usey-no sharey. (except links to view only ) I have contracted my art to AMI so you'll be able to buy packages of PSD files and photos from there very soon. You MAY still use the stock posted here and the tubes posted in the SafeTubesZone linked below. Go here [link] for more info on this decision.

Please DO:
-IF USED ON DEVIANTART ONLY: Credit needs only be in the description of the deviation it's used in.
-IF USED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN DEVIANTART: always include the following on anything made with my art: ©Stacie Ball, http://taterbug.deviantart.com
-If used in email stationery, linkware web sets, or MSN group webpage sets, place a clickable link on every page my art is used. Credit pages which list all the artists credited don't count.
-share links to tubes on my site (ONLY LINKS NOT THE TUBES THEMSELVES) OR tube the image (AFTER OBTAINING MY PERMISSION TO DO SO) & send me a copy of the tube so I can post it on my site for others (with credit to the tuber, of course)
-feel free to use tags with my art in any group.
-feel free to add sparkles, some noise, as long as the integrity of the image is maintained.
-join SafeTubesZone for exclusive tubes that aren't available anywhere else http://groups.msn.com/SafeTubesZone
-Please feel free to send me a link to anything you make with my stock so I can fave it!

Please DO NOT:
-use photomanipulations UNLESS I specify that it's ok in the description below the picture. I cannot allow art I create using other people's stock to be used.
-use my art for harrassing or defaming other people or organizations, religions, races, etc etc.
-use any art that I specify in the desciption NOT to use.
-share tubes of my art. Let others download for themselves.
-use my art with that of other artists (accents & brushes are ok)
-animate limbs, winking eyes, breathing chests, nodding heads, you get the idea.
-use my art for anything for profit. I don't care how much bandwidth costs, it is still not appropriate to use someone else's art to pay for it.
